11/9/09 - Director Hideo Nakata has been tapped to direct Zanuck Independent's supernatural thriller Voice From the Stone from a screenplay by Mark Wheaton and adapted from an Italian novel, about a female child psychologist who takes on the case of a young boy who made a promise to his dying mother to remain silent until her spirit returns, Variety reported.
