Universal Pictures has acquired film rights to the children's
fantasy book The Night Tourist. Katherine Marsh's book, published
by Hyperion Children's last month, revolves around a ninth-grade
classics prodigy who discovers New York's
underworld with the help of a girl he meets at Grand Central
Station. He discovers many secrets while searching for a glimpse of
his late mother in this secret world.
