The Last Call
06/18/08 - Universal has bought the Oni Press graphic novel series
The Last Call and set it up with producer Barry Josephson. Written
and illustrated by Vasilis Lolos, The Last Call centers on two
teens on a joyride who get hit by an interdimensional soul carrier in
the form of a train and end up on a quest to solve a mystery that will
allow them to return to their regular lives. The series was first
released in 2007. Evan Spiliotopoulos is adapting the series for the
screen.
