The Days Before

2/18/09 - Robert Downey Jr., Reese Witherspoon and director Timur Bekmambetov are in talks for Warner Brothers' sci-fi epic The Days Before, according to Production Weekly.  Chad St. John's script follows a race of aliens who invade Earth by traveling backward through time and wiping out humanity, one day at a time, yesterday by yesterday.  One man attempts to stay "a yesterday ahead of them," and each time he must try to convince the world that "the end is coming" again. Gianni Nunnari will produce.

11/19/08 - Warner Brothers has snapped up The Days Before, a science fiction action spec script by new writer Chad St. John, about aliens invading Earth by traveling backwards through time and wiping out humanity, Variety reported.
