SCI FI Channel announced a new animated superhero series, The
Awesomes, with Seth Meyers as its creator. The series centers
on a superhero team that has diminished in popularity since its
creation in the 1940s. Now run by the son of the founder, Mr.
Awesome, the team is constantly trying to reclaim its legendary
status in a world of super-competitive superheroes.
