Silent House

7/21/11 - Open Road Films is partnering with Liddell Entertainment for the U.S. release of Silent House, Chris Kentis and Laura Lau’s horror thriller starring Elizabeth Olsen, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  In the movie, Olsen plays a young woman trapped inside her family’s crumbling lakeside house.  “Silent House is sure to resonate with audiences and we are thrilled to partner with Liddell Entertainment to bring this film to theaters.  It's great to reunite with Chris and Laura whose unique filmmaking talents don't just scare people, but leave them talking about a film for days,” said Open Road CEO Tom Ortenberg.  Silent House is produced by Agnes Mentre of Tazora Films. An Elle Driver presentation, executive producers are Adeline Fontan Tessaur, Eva Diederix and George Paaswel as well as Lynette Howell of Silverwood Films.
