Existence 2.0

3/16/10 - Paramount has picked up rights to the comic book Existence 2.0, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  The Image Comics title, written by Nick Spencer with art by Ronald Salas, centers on an amoral, self-absorbed physicist who finds his consciousness transferred into the body of the hitman who just killed him. He begins enjoying the hitman's lifestyle until his daughter is kidnapped by the same people who killed him.  It will be directed by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, best known for Smallville. The project is being produced by Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes label.
