7/22/09 - Watchmen producer Lloyd Levin has acquired screen rights to Echo, a comic-book series by Terry Moore, about a photographer who gets doused by liquid metal from a military experiment gone awry and discovers she can now harness the power of a nuclear bomb, Variety reported.
